Driving directions to Q Group:
From Eastern Long Island: Take LIE I-495 West towards New York. Go to exit 56, make right on to Wheeler Rd (Route 111). Proceed North past 1st traffic light and 490 Wheeler Rd is on the left.

From Midtown Tunnel / NYC: Take LIE I-495 East. Go to exit 56, make left on to Wheeler Rd. (Route 111). Proceed under LIE. Go past 2nd traffic light and 490 Wheeler Rd is on the left.

From Throgs Neck Bridge: Take Throgs Neck Bridge towards Long Island. merge onto I-295 South, Take the Cross Island Pkwy exit towards Eastern Long Island. Merge onto the Cross Island Parkway South. Take LIE I-495 East. Go to exit 56, proceed North past 1st traffic light, 490 Wheer Rd is on the left.
